Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Type : 6 month CTH

Location: Houston, TX (onsite 5 days per week)

Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This role requires deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, with an emphasis on Experience Cloud , as well as strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning .

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Drive workshops, gather requirements, and create functional specifications.
• Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce capabilities to optimize workflows.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure design and delivery align with business needs.
• Provide insights into best practices across Experience Cloud and other Salesforce modules.
• Support user adoption, testing, and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on expertise across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud (must-have) in a Lightning environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate across business and IT teams.
• Proven track record in requirement gathering, process mapping, and vendor coordination.
• Salesforce certifications (BA, Admin, or Cloud-specific) highly preferred.
