** Scheduling Coordinator - Cosmetic & Family Dental Practice **

Company: Elevate your career in our esteemed Cosmetic & Family Dental Practice by Biltmore Fashion Park & Camelback . The practice was founded 40 years ago by Dr Ginger Price (one of top cosmetic dentists on US west coast) & now led by Dr Colleen Donnelly, DMD, FAGD (ranked top 1%) 

• The practice exudes luxury & sophistication , using very latest technology & equipment to deliver notch quality of care and service level 

• Privately owned, single location practice. We treat staff like family & patients like friends (non-corporate!). We have 6 hygienists, 2 visiting oral surgeons & our own master ceramist. Averaging 60 new patients per month by being ethical, forming genuine connections & giving education (never any upsell)

• Primarily Fee For Service & only in network with Delta Premier, so looking for someone whose values align with this model & prefers QUALITY over quantity

Role Overview: 

• You are the face of the practi c e - making sure schedule is full & optimized, scheduling hygiene & dental procedures , greeting patients, answering phones, text messaging, maintaining patient records and coordinating patient flow
• Present dental treatment as needed, support patient care coordinator & visiting specialists (oral surgeon, implantologist, endodontist), assisting with strategic marketing activities, coordinating lunch & leans and team building activities

Requirements: 

• Min 2 years experience in dental front office
• Min 1 year experience using Dentrix
• Familiar with HIPAA 

Office hours:  Mon to Thurs 8am-5pm, every 2nd Fri 8am-2pm
