Job Description
**CTG is seeking to fill a Scrum Master AEP opening for our client in Columbus, OH.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 18 months
**Duties:**
+ Lead Agile delivery for an **Esri ArcGIS Enterprise Upgrade** in the Utilities sector.
+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, for Esri upgrade workstreams.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across utility operations, including GIS, IT infrastructure, field services, and regulatory compliance.
+ Drive project execution using **Jira** , ensuring clear visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.
+ Coordinate efforts across electric, gas, and water operations to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Support risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes to keep projects on track.
**Skills:**
+ Strong facilitation skills to lead Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
+ Proficiency with Jira and Agile project management tools.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse technical and business teams.
+ Knowledge of geospatial technologies, particularly Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, and their application in utility operations.
+ Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and constraints in complex, regulated environments.
**Experience:**
+ Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
+ Proven track record leading large-scale technology upgrade projects, preferably in the Utilities sector.
+ Experience with **Esri ArcGIS Enterprise** upgrades or similar geospatial technology modernization efforts.
+ Demonstrated success working in regulated utility environments, including coordination with compliance teams.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
+ Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $49 to $66 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
