Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Tester with expertise in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in QA methodologies, Agile frameworks, and test management tools . Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing .

• Identify, document, and track software defects using test management tools (e.g., qTest, Zephyr ).

• Conduct regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and performance testing .

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases .

• Implement and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle.

• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with QA best practices and continuously improve testing processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation .
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution .
• Proficiency in test management software ( qTest, Zephyr , or similar).
• Hands-on experience with SQL for database testing and validation .
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in Scrum teams .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, TestNG, Cypress, or similar .
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or RestAssured .
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with performance and security testing.
