This role would suit a driven Service Manager, or an experienced Service Superintendent ready to take the next steps in their career

• Established in 1891 this 4-generation family-owned contractor is over a century old, firstly established in Fort Worth, they seen the potential in the Lubbock market, they have since became a trusted and respected asset to the Lubbock.
• You will be provided with an excellent work life balance and are always reward your efforts.
• This contractor has a stellar reputation across West Texas working on new construction projects ranging from mammoth defence installations to modest commercial properties.
• 70% Of the companies works are in Commercial & Industrial roofing and Sheet Metal fabrications. Mostly they work with new construction.

Requirements

• 3 Years Minimum Service Management Experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of difference commercial roofing systems is essential
