Our client is an innovative business consulting firm seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their team remotely within the U.S. on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing implementation projects with U.S. Federal Government agencies.
Responsibilities
As the ServiceNow Developer, you will develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform while following industry best practices.
You will translate functional and technical requirements into implementation stories for system activation and enhancements.
Provide technical architecture solutions for Federal clients, considering process design and ServiceNow standards.
Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of ServiceNow technical best practices and standards.
Participate in Communities of Excellence, offering mentoring, implementation support and driving continual improvement.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of global delivery processes and the ITSM practice portfolio.
Skillset
U.S. Citizenship is required due to U.S. Federal Government regulations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.
At least eight years of IT experience, including a minimum of three years in deploying and configuring ServiceNow IT workflows.
Demonstrated expertise in consulting, leading ITSM solution development and delivery.
Experience with migrating and managing releases of the ServiceNow platform.
Strong capability to advise clients on industry best practices for ServiceNow modules.
Skilled in creating and maintaining reports and metrics on the ServiceNow platform.
Experienced in ITIL, project management and coordinating multiple IT workflows.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist is a plus.
