Salary Range: $40,000- 60,000 Job Title: Full-Time Spray Painter/Cerakote Applicator at Concept Coatings Design Co., Murrieta, Ca. Looking to hire an experienced spray painter, offering them the exciting opportunity to display their talent and skills and expand their knowledge, while joining our dynamic team contributing to creating exceptional finishes for our diverse range of projects. Role Overview: As a spray painter, you will be responsible for the application of coatings to various surfaces using spray guns, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our clients’ specifications. You will collaborate closely with our production team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: –          Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and sand-blasting using Sand blast cabinet –          Operate spray equipment and maintain proper ventilation and safety measures –          Apply coating evenly and smoothly, ensuring a flawless finish –          Monitor drying times and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results –          Inspect finished products for quality –          Maintain and clean equipment after use –          Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: –          Proven experience as a spray painter in a similar role –          Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment –          Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship –          Knowledge of diverse types of coatings and their applications (training will be provided) –          Ability to work independently and as part of a team –          Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions –          Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time –          Safety-conscious mindset with a strong commitment to workplace safety –          Experience with Cerakote is an advantage but not required –          Back-ground check required –          Drug testing may be required About Us: Concept Coatings Design Co. is a reputable and expanding leader in the exotic coatings business specializing in Cerakote, TiN, anodizing, laser engraving, and in-house motorcycle builds.
