Description ***Please reach out to Valerie Nielsen with a copy of your resume for immediate response* Job Title: NetSuite Analyst / Systems Analyst Location: Onsite in Beverly Hills, CA Salary: $150,000/year plus bonus About the Role: We are seeking a NetSuite Analyst / Systems Analyst to oversee our ERP system, focusing on financial, inventory, and reporting functions. This role will work closely with finance and audit departments to ensure optimal system performance and compliance. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and enhance our ERP system (NetSuite) for financial, inventory, and reporting needs. + Gather and analyze data, investigate vendor solutions, create proof of concepts, and develop roadmaps for system improvements. + Act as a liaison between IT, finance, and audit teams to ensure alignment and compliance. + Support and occasionally cover helpdesk (HD) responsibilities. + Leverage retail POS experience to ensure integration and functionality within the ERP ecosystem. Requirements Requirements: ✅ Experience managing ERP systems (financial, inventory, reporting modules). ✅ Retail POS experience ✅ Ability to gather data, evaluate vendors, and execute system enhancements. ✅ Strong communication skills for liaising with finance and audit teams. ✅ General IT background; training on HD support provided. ✅ Financial business background is a plus, but we welcome all backgrounds!
