We are seeking a SharePoint Solutions Developer Intern to design, develop, and roll out a dynamic internal SharePoint site. As a SharePoint Solutions Developer Intern, you will work independently and collaboratively with various teams to ensure the platform meets user needs and aligns with organizational goals.

Responsibilities Site Design & Development:
- Create intuitive, user-friendly SharePoint pages, document libraries, lists, and workflows.
- Develop site architecture and navigation to enhance usability.
- Customize SharePoint functionalities using Power Platform tools, scripting, or custom web parts.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Plan and prioritize project milestones for the SharePoint site rollout.
Problem Solving & Optimization:
- Identify and resolve technical challenges during development.
- Optimize site performance and functionality based on feedback and testing.
Support & Documentation:
- Develop user guides and provide training to team members.
- Document workflows, processes, and system configurations.
Qualifications - Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or PowerShell
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred: - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other front-end development technologies.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Prior experience in designing or managing SharePoint sites is a plus.
