Are you ready to kickstart your career in the exciting world of compact construction equipment? We’re looking for motivated Level I Technicians to join our dynamic team! As a Technician I, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a variety of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. You will play a critical role in keeping customer and company owned equipment running smoothly by performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and perform repairs as directed with efficiency and accuracy per company standards. Business Operating Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems — from engines to transmissions, you’ll learn it all!
• Perform routine preventive maintenance — daily inspections, greasing, fluid checks, and more to keep equipment rental-ready.
• Read and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings with confidence
• Follow strict safety policies to maintain a clean, safe workplace (PPE included).
• Grow your skills with hands-on training and teamwork across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental departments.
• Meet performance goals for productivity, quality, and safety while supporting your supervisor.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
• Completion of a technical program, apprenticeship, or a combination of training and hands-on experience.
• Ability to work independently with close supervision and guidance as you grow your skills
• Team player mindset — collaborating professionally and positively with your coworkers
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a supportive environment
• Acceptable Driving Record
