Pay Rate/Range: $17.00/hr + 4% increase after completing 60 day introductory period
Description: A local manufacturer is seeking a Machine Operator/Non-CDL Truck Driver to drive a 22-foot flatbed truck between their two facilities to transfer parts between the two. When there is no product to be moved between the facilities, the candidate will assist in their manufacturing department.
Job Requirements: The candidate must possess the ability to drive and maintain a valid driver’s license, although a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is not required. A high school diploma or GED is necessary for this position. Mechanical skills are essential, along with the ability to read a tape measure in fractional units. Additionally, the candidate should be able to read—or be willing to learn how to read—a Pi tape.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm with overtime if necessary on weekdays or weekends
