The role:
The Web Designer will be a key player on the marketing team, responsible for designing and optimizing the web assets to drive engagement and conversions. This role requires a versatile designer with skills spanning UI/UX, web development basics, and a strong understanding of web best practices for a high-impact startup environment.

This is an in office role. The office is located at: 1401 Forum Way Suite 500 West Palm Beach FL 33401

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Create visually engaging and functional designs for website pages, landing pages, emails, and digital assets. Implement designs in web platforms (e.g., WordPress or HTML/CSS).
• User Experience: Develop user-centered designs that enhance the online experience and improve usability across web assets.
• Optimization & Testing: Collaborate with the CRO team to perform A/B testing, collect user feedback, and refine designs for better conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketing, SEO, content, and CRM teams to ensure consistency in branding and optimal performance of web assets.
• Branding & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve the visual language of the website to align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor web performance and user behavior, making data-driven adjustments to improve metrics such as bounce rate, time on site, and conversions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in web design, ideally within a startup or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with website management platforms (e.g. WordPress).
• Familiarity with SEO principles and understanding of how web design impacts performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely).
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
