Position: Workforce Management Project Lead
We're seeking a motivated and skilled Workforce Management Project Lead to join a dynamic and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, optimization, and implementation of processes that directly support the achievement of organizational goals.
In this role, you'll work with a variety of stakeholders, implementing lean, repeatable, and scalable solutions to improve operations. As a key part of the team, you'll independently represent the Workforce Management function across the organization.
Role Overview: As the Workforce Management Project Lead, your focus will be on identifying risks, coordinating projects, and ensuring that milestones and service levels are met. You will collaborate with leadership to manage initiatives that improve healthcare outcomes and reduce costs, while continually striving for operational excellence. Your ability to analyze data and uncover insights will help inform both short-term and long-term strategic decisions.
You will report directly to the Workforce Management Manager.
Location: We offer a flexible and inclusive work environment. If you're within commuting distance to our office in Tempe (off the 101 at University Dr), we encourage you to come in at least twice a week. Otherwise, this is a remote position with the flexibility to work from home.

Compensation and Benefits: The annual base salary for this role ranges from $65,520.00 to $85,995.00. In addition, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and manage risks with the support of leadership to resolve issues and improve processes.
Oversee the execution of projects to ensure service levels and milestones are met.
Collaborate with leadership to implement initiatives that reduce cost-of-care and improve healthcare outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align action plans with continuous improvement goals.
Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and insights to inform improvements.
Provide recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and improve quality.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
1+ years of professional experience in Workforce Management.
1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive process improvements.
1+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design.
1+ years of experience presenting information and recommendations to senior leadership.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with ACA marketplace, provider network, claims, or healthcare quality.
Familiarity with NICE IEX or InContact systems.
Experience in contact center leadership.
Training in Continuous Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma principles.
Project coordination or management experience in a matrixed organization.
