Construction Foreman - Commercial Pools
Company Overview: Join the leading and largest commercial swimming pool construction, service, and sales company in the Mid-Atlantic region! We are seeking experienced candidates to join the construction field team in the role of Foreman.
Position Overview: The Foreman will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating commercial pool construction projects across the region. With a focus on maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to project timelines, the Foreman will lead a team of skilled professionals to ensure the successful completion of each project.
Skills Required:
* Previous commercial pool construction experience is required.
* Proficiency in excavation, backfill, stone bases, etc.
* Operating small to mid-size construction equipment.
* Knowledge of structural concrete, including forming, rebar, and pouring (Note: Shotcrete and large concrete pours will be subcontracted).
* Proficient in PVC plumbing, including PVC sch 40 and 80 plumbing up to 14" diameter.
Location:
* On construction site.
* Approximately 75% of projects require travel (over 1 hour from residence), with 25% local projects.
* Region of work is within a 5-hour radius of our office, with the average distance ranging from 2-3 hours.
* Travel projects necessitate overnight stays, and employees must have the means to travel to and from all work, including travel projects, though a valid driver's license and personal vehicle are strongly recommended.
Travel Projects:
* Local projects are compensated solely for on-site work.
* Travel projects require overnight stays.
* Travel Project Benefits: Weekly per diem, discretionary travel bonus (taxed and added to payroll check), single occupancy hotel rooms.
* Some travel projects may follow a four 10+ hour workday schedule with a three-day weekend.

Experience Level:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction.
Experience:
* Electrical: 2 years (Preferred).
* Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred).
* Commercial Construction: 2 years (Required).
* Plumbing: 2 years (Required).
License/Certification:
* Driver's License (Required).
