Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough telephone assessments of patients based on established protocols and guidelines.
Provide accurate and timely medical advice and recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
Experience in emergency department, call center, or provider office triage is highly preferred.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computers and electronic health records.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
