Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our top tier Jeep Team!!! Kelly Jeep is one of the largest Jeep Dealers in New England and in the country! We are a top Jeep dealer in the country - Vehicle sales, Service and Parts Sales!   • Customer Experience Excellence: Set the bar for great customer service! Work directly with Service Department Clientele, and provide a top-tier experience to them and their vehicle each and every single time!
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Our guests depend on your knowledge and guidance in reference to anything related to their vehicle service needs!

  • Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
  • Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions
  • Oversee technicians working on customers’ vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times
  • Oversee and participate in quality control
  • Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriate
What you need:
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
  • At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
  • Multitasking skills
  • Proficient use of computers/business machines
  • Great communication skills
